just back from a meeting at The Oriental Hotel. Anyway the entry is not about the old but charming ang mo from U.S but the good service at Oriental.

before i even reach the hotel lobby, i was already greeted good morning by the hotel cleaner outside the carpark. i was happy. it makes ah ly a happy ger cos im very prone to bad service.

was early for the meeting so ah ly and angela went to the sitting area to wait for the client. the ppl ard were busy with their own work but after about 5 mins, a malay guy approached us to check if we want any drinks. i was further impressed.

after the meeting while approaching to wait for a cab, the guy was attentive asking where we are approaching and when the cab came, he not only opened the doors for us, he even personally told the driver where to go.

ok i might seems suaku…mayb u pppl encounter dat frequently but ah ly is damn prone to bad service de loh. i alwaes have to either complain or end up being unhappy over bad service.

but one thing i realised is among the good services i had at Oriental just now, all were malays!!!! hey hey not dat im racist here ok, but im impressed loh.

good job!!!
