heres my measurements: (must monitor)
Weight: 46.2kg
BMI: 20.3
Fat%: 26.5% (i have to fall within 17-24%)
Fat Mass: 12.2kg (i have to fall within 7-10.7kg)
see, im fat!!!
and i have to work harder.
update of my food intake:
breakfast
- 2 half boiled eggs
- 1 slice of bread
lunch
- 1/2 bowl of rice
- 3/4 herbal chicken
Dinner
- Ee Mee Soup


Compare the last measurement u’ve done, is this better?

no wor actually i grown fatter le from the one i did in feb
think i eat too much junk food lah must control le now i daily update my food intake
eat 2 eggs in a day.. is it too much?
half boil eggs is ok mah n i dun eat it everyday
