after 2nd session of training yesterdae:
heres my measurements:
Weight: 46.7kg (was 46.2kg last measured)
BMI: 20.5 (was 20.3 last measured)
Fat%: 24.3 (was 26.5% last measured)
Fat Mass: 11.4kg (was 12.2kg last measured)
my weight went up cos i think is gain muscle mass……my fat% went down!!!! my fat mass oso went down!!!!

anywae yesterdae training was realli damn siong!
i realli can feel up to limit liao loh…..
got a point my whole body was shivering even…..
the trainer did a good job motivating me by reminding me the newspaper article i saw on how good a figure Carol lim has. (oh, n weng qing hai’s abs…yum yum)….
i hope all these siong training n my continued good eating habbits will pay off.
