Went for the CNY Lunch today with the company. After deciding from a few restaurants, we decided to go Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant at the Turf City. Used to go there for birthday dinners haha think about 4-5 years nv go le…
Anyway, we choose the seafood like damn rich like dat loh…. and the bill came up to $700 plus b4 gst. -_-” BUT worthwhile lah…cos we have like 9 of us and the food all quite nice.
A pity dun have Alaska Crab…one of the objective was to have dat de….think not in season ba…..so we had Australia King Crabs instead. On top of the crab, we had lobster, 象拔磅, scallops, fish.



The lobster and 象拔磅 sashimi…the 象拔磅 is a tad too fishy but when lightly cooked in the soup provided, its very nice. The lobster taste good raw or cooked.


Our Australia King Crab cooked black pepper style and the huge amount of roe is cooked with spinach i think. Only ate a few mouthful cos scared cholesterol too high.

Preston recommended 红斑 but dun have so we went along with “东星”班, not bad very fresh….


Before and After….The lobster legs were cooked in 盐椒…very delicious to suck on hahahah.

Lastly, this is the first married year with The ANG…but we are still collecting Ang Baos hahah cos not yet customary mah….dun care next year i can still collect… hahah and we are coincidently dressed with Pink elements hahah
