Im re-starting my keep fit program le….hope to cut down 3kg and keeping my fat % in the slim to healthy range.

Eat healthily
- No fast food (most to most once in every 2 weeks)
- Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal bread with lettuce, ham & cheese and a bottle of fresh orange juice
- Lunch: Soup based food. Eat until 80% full will do
- Dinner: Can eat anything but cut down 50% of rice or noddles. Eat until 80% full will do
- Try to drink at least 8 glasses of H2O a day

Exercise
- Go body balance once a week
- Workout in gym at least 2 times a week
- Do OTO Trimax daily or on non-workout days

Frenz, please keep motivating me to not eat too much…i seriously need to get in shape.

    She said she will do extra sets of exercise at home.

  2. hahah kena bao toh…got loh…i did 15 mins hula hoops, 3 sets of 3 different weights lifting on my arms and 3 sets of lunges and 30 mins of oto trimax leh…hahahh
