Im re-starting my keep fit program le….hope to cut down 3kg and keeping my fat % in the slim to healthy range.
Eat healthily
- No fast food (most to most once in every 2 weeks)
- Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal bread with lettuce, ham & cheese and a bottle of fresh orange juice
- Lunch: Soup based food. Eat until 80% full will do
- Dinner: Can eat anything but cut down 50% of rice or noddles. Eat until 80% full will do
- Try to drink at least 8 glasses of H2O a day
Exercise
- Go body balance once a week
- Workout in gym at least 2 times a week
- Do OTO Trimax daily or on non-workout days
Frenz, please keep motivating me to not eat too much…i seriously need to get in shape.

hahah kena bao toh…got loh…i did 15 mins hula hoops, 3 sets of 3 different weights lifting on my arms and 3 sets of lunges and 30 mins of oto trimax leh…hahahh
