went for my fitness consultation at Planet fitness today. just signed up with them and have a free consultation.
My trainer went through some tests with me and asked me a series of questions in order to generate the results.
well….first it was doing steps for 3 mins at a fixed tempo….kaoz i cant believe i was panting after 3 mins…..so weak!!! then did sit ups and push ups….well results was 惨不忍睹. i still 夸下海口 in the begining that i wishes to see results within 3 months!!!! i asked the trainer can retract my words anot…but he sae cannot… -_-
i will have an orientation workout with my trainer then a workout session with him again….i think after 3 months will do another round of assessment to c if i have made any improvements.
ok here are my results:
Blood pressure - 104/67 (slightly on the low side)
Cardiovascular Fitness Max VO2 - 18.0
my trainer say his Max VO2 is 44….meaning my heart has to work double to meet his standards. and comparing my results with other females aged between 20-29, im placed in the VERY POOR percentile.
Muscular Strength - same loh compared with other females aged between 20-35 im placed in the POOR percentile
Body Composition:
Body weight – 100lbs
lean body mass – 76.5 lbs
fat Mass – 23.5 lbs
basal metabolic rate – 1078
Age: 24
Wellness Age: 28
Apparently im 24 but my body is already 28

Work hard for the reduction of your fat mass!!
I am a CPT and it appears to me that you are not fat at all! However it seems that instead, you are just out of shape. There is a difference. Worry about strengthening your heart and muscles and not your weight or appearance.
