- Going up to “My” house tml, routine procedure before the 2nd appointment next Thurs. I think basically just to go c c look look 1 last time n make sure everything is ok. I is excited!

- very long nv update le…anyway i went for my 1st appointment already and all paperworks went fine! we can get the 40k grant and defer submission of rom cert til after our rom. 2nd appointment will be on 5th April. Cant wait!!

- our first appointment will be on 10th Feb. Need to pay the remaining 9k to hdb dat dae….

- YES!!! Bin & I are proud owners of the flat in Blk 149. Actually the decision stage was kinda difficult for us…invloving comments from both side of the family as well as $$ issues…but im happy that after viewing 21 units, we finally settled for 1 which both of us like and location good and $$ still manageable.

Location is good. walking distance to mrt, northpoint & chongpang. And near to Bin house oso. Bin go work oso fang bian cos 969 bus stop downstairs nia. Valued at 200k onli….so low i think is because the reno realli very original…..anywae, both me n Bin like it quite alot. But owner asking for 15k!!! After nego and discussing, we decided that maximum we can offer is 10k above valuation. My reason is cos i look at the whole figure. 210k for that location is worth it. Will have a second viewing again with parents to see how.

Comments: Likey~~ will wait for 2nd viewing c how. Hope i can get this unit.

Comments: we were willing to offer 5-8k above valuation. And guess what?? just 1 dae after we viewed, the unit was sold for 10k cash. Heart pain ah…wasted…..

Area is good cos near to 848 area….near mrt as well…but the house very errie loh…walk in like feel Yin Sheng Sheng de…..no feel at all. Somemore the owner asking for 20k!!!

The shape very funni de. the kitched protude into the living room and worse still…..living room and 1 of the rooms sure will kena the 夕照. Anyway its valued at 200k but owner asking for 240k…i seriously dun think he will be able to sell off at dat price.

Comments: When we saw the direction and know about the 夕照, both me n bin were sian 1/2. We even just stood in the living room and watch the TV program (There were other groups of viewers as well)

This is 4A, very big living room. Surroundings very quiet i quite like it cos near stadium. Valued at 240k. The BF like it also but he hates the low level.

Comments: A different league altogether. Much too expensive for us.

Not bad, well kept clean but the shape abit wierd and i absolutely dun like the toilet in the MBR to be within the room. Prefer it to be out of the building type.

Comments: No sunlight can go into the flat de….And very “hipp” very hot.

Owner is an architect and the house is realli renovated til very nice…..you can basically buy n live in it liao. somemore its wat u see is wat u get. ALL furniture and appliances given. room very big with built-in wardrobe and king size bed. The house is valued at 275k and someone offers 295k but owner still not willing to let go….

Comments: 5 room is not within our means and frankly speaking i think if i buy a lok kok house i can do up those kind of reno as well.

Location wise not bad…near to Bin house, walk to MRT oso near…..BUT the flat when i 1st stepped in got a shock!!! think the owner is help ppl do fortune reading de…his house is FULL of god status. REALLI a lot….i scared til no mood to see….

Fits my requirements of near MRT, high floor, corner with minimal renovations. Its even better that there are only 4 units on the floor and all are chinese. House shape is just like my exisiting house. Its valued at 224k and someone has already offeref 7k above valuation. i personally like it alot but papa say the house will kena sunlight from the east.

Comments: After discussion with bin, we decided to give it a miss.
