跨越六十年的七封情書 追尋一輩子的音樂夢想
六十多年前，台灣光復，日本人撤離。一名日籍男老師隻身搭上了離開台灣的船隻，也離開了他在台灣的戀人：友子。無法當面說出對友子的感情，因此，他把懷念與愛戀化成字句，寫在一張張的信紙上。
六十多年後，台灣的樣貌早已完全改變，各個角落的人為生活而努力，幾個活在不同角落的小人物各自懷抱音樂夢想：失意樂團主唱阿嘉、只會彈月琴的老郵差茂伯、在修車行當黑手的水蛙、唱詩班鋼琴伴奏大大、小米酒製造商馬拉桑、以及交通警察勞馬父子，這幾個不相干的人，竟然要為了度假中心演唱會而組成樂團，並在三天後表演，這點讓日本來的活動公關友子大為不爽，對這份工作失望透頂，每天頂著臭臉的友子也讓待過樂團的阿嘉更加不高興，整個樂團還沒開始練習就已經分崩離析……。
老郵差茂伯摔斷了腿，於是將送信大任交阿嘉手上，不過阿嘉每天除了把信堆在自己房裡外，什麼都沒做，他在郵件堆中找到了一個來自日本，寫著日據時代舊址「恆春郡海角七番地」的郵包，他好奇打開郵包，發現裡面的信件都是日文寫的，根本看不懂，因此不以為意的他，又將郵包丟到床底下，假裝什麼事都沒發生。
演出的日期慢慢接近，這群小人物發現，這可能是他們這輩子唯一可以上台實現他們音樂夢想的時刻，每個人開始著手練習，問題是阿嘉跟友子之間的火藥味似乎越來越重，也連帶影響樂團的進度。終於，在一場鎮上的婚宴，大家借著酒後吐真言，原來阿嘉跟友子兩人都是孤獨的異鄉人，解開心結的兩人發現了怒氣下所隱藏的情愫，於是發展出了一夜情。
在阿嘉的房裡，友子看到了日本來的郵包，發現那居然是來自六十年前七封未及寄出的情書，她要阿嘉務必要把郵包送到主人手上，然而，日本歌手要來了、郵包上的地址早就不存在、第二首表演樂曲根本還沒著落、而貝斯手茂伯依然不會彈貝斯……。
而友子，在演唱會結束後，也要隨著歌手返回日本，開始新的生活。
阿嘉終於決定打起精神，重整樂團，他們的音樂夢是否能夠實現？沉睡了六十年的情書是否會安然送到信件的主人「友子」手中？而阿嘉跟友子的戀情，是否能夠繼續發展下去？……
人只能活一回，夢想卻有無數個，唯有放手一搏，才能知道機會屬不屬於自己……。

Recently we have not been watching any movies. Firstly its because we are busy but the other reason is there seems like not many good movies lately. 
Heard lots of good reviews about this movie, been waiting for it. The Ang did not go work today so we went and catch the show.
VERY Nice!!!! Its funny with all the hokkien and its touching talking about the 小人物 stories. I especially like the last part where they had the concert. Very emo. Im a sucker for these kind of shows.
Now i understand why it is so popular in Taiwan. I think it sorta really highlight in a very simple way of the people in Taiwan now. Leaving their hometown to venture in big city, failed and have no choice but to return home.

The AFA Team from Dentsu, Good Job everyone!!
I have been neglecting my blog….was so busy with the event that i really have no time. I almost nv see my parents for 2 entire weeks and THE ANG is complaining about how work has affected us hahhha.
I was sorta thinking is it all worth it…..lack of sleep, no time for families and friends…..missing out on gatherings….but when i see the event successfully completed (of cos hiccups will happen, but we all managed to get it done), it sorta feel all worth it.
AFA is the 1st ever event that i have organized. In fact, i only participated for a couple of months, but the feeling of satisfaction still very great.
And i met 2 fantastic Japanese Artists, Ichirou Mizuki and May’n. Ichirou Mizuki is great, although i have nv heard his songs before but his high energy attitude really is very contagious. And he is a very friendly man.
As for May’n i was really impressed with her vocals….very powerful…better than CD in fact and she is really a cute little ger….very humble

All in all, i’m glad the event is finished, got to buck up and settle my outstanding projects…. I hope it wun be days of OT again… photos to be posted up again.
Another 1 more month before my contract ends at Dentsu. Although verbal confirmation has been given to convert to FT but i think i need to seriously discuss the package details….dun blur blur like initially nv even what the position is and join hahahah.
A couple of options in front of me, i got to seriously think carefully of what i want.
Countdown: 7 days to AFA08!!!!!
I have been very tired lately….work has been ridiculously busy especially so cos the event AFA08 is just round the corner.
Time so little and thousands and one items to do not to forget i still got my other accounts to handle. But i’m sure it will be worth it…just that the process is a bit nerve wrecking….
Of my 3 jobs, (Vintage not counted cos only 2 months), this current one is by far the busiest one. I used to be able to steal a bit of time taking a break from work to surf the internet, chat with friends but now it is usually full force working, sometimes even missing the lunch hour.
My contract is ending this end Dec and have already been given verbal instructions that conversion to FT (with adjustments to package) will be carried out. I understand that in our line, it will always be so busy so i really got to think carefully. I have not been spending enough time with Bin….i just want to rest or sleep over the weekends…..would not want work to affect our lives.
On a happier note, we have finalized our ID for our renovations after like about 3 months of visiting a total of 8 IDs. Updates are done over at the other blog.
The lucky one is Fuse Concept and I am so looking forward to the renovations but it will only happen next year May. So now is the time to slowly discuss about the design, colors, materials etc.
I’m not an easy customer, foresee updates and more updates, ideas changing and more changing….damn it…now i sound like my clients hahah maybe i should be finding a job in marketing over at client side after all…..and then Alf will call me a traitor hahahaha
I finally gave in to temptations~
I got the Apple iphone. Bought the phone from Aiko. Long story. Aiko bought the phone about a month or so back and after using for like only 1-2 weeks she dropped it in the bus!!!!!
She then bought another iphone and after like 3 weeks later the bus driver returned her the phone. Apparently a passenger picked up the phone and passed to the driver. After 3 weeks she called the bus company to follow up on the status. Not sure if the driver really forget or planning to keep for himself.
Really got kind ppl in SIngapore de loh. Ha Ha i was always the cynical skeptical kinda person but after this incident and the incident where an aunty returned my sister her LV wallet, i believe now that kind souls still exist.
Anyway, i got the phone at $600 from Aiko and after selling off my Nokia E71 for $420, i pay only like $180. Good deal.
My initial concern was that the keypad was hard to touch but i have already gotten use to it after like 1 full day of usage. BUT i still miss the feel of punching the buttons. Ha Ha
One of the guest invited to AFA08 is May’N. She is the singer for the anime Macross Frontier and to know more about her songs, i had to watch the anime.
Macross Frontier is the story of a space colony fleet trying to find a habitable planet near the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. The story focuses on three young adults and the events that occur around them as the fleet faces a crisis of alien origin.
Due to the boss & Jim alwaes playing her songs in the office or car, i was pretty familiar with the songs already but watching the anime with the songs tied closely to the story is really different. And it makes me appreciate the anime more. Nice show~
And after Macross Frontier, they recommended me another anime which i realli~~~ like. Tora Dora!!!
I realli like teh TIGA character and i saw figurine of her which i so wanna get my hands on.
Toradora!’s story begins with the male protagonist Ryūji Takasu who is frustrated at trying to look his best as he enters his second year of high school. Despite his gentle personality, his eyes make him look like an intimidating delinquent so he is utterly hopeless about his chances of getting a girlfriend anytime soon, and does not have many close friends either.
Ryūji goes to school and is happy to find that he gets to be in the same class as his best friend Yūsaku Kitamura and crush Minori Kushieda. However, it is then that he unexpectedly knocks into “the school’s most dangerous animal of the highest risk level”—Taiga Aisaka—who just happens to also be in his class, and is a good friend of Minori.
Taiga has a negative attitude towards others and will not hesitate to snap at people. After meeting Ryūji, she takes an instant dislike of him. Taiga comes from a rich family, though she moved out to live on her own due to family issues, and by coincidence is now living in an apartment next door to Ryūji. After Ryūji discovers that Taiga has a crush on Yūsaku, and Taiga finds out about Ryūji’s affections towards Minori, Ryūji suggests that they cooperate so they can win the object of their affections.
Ryūji says he will do anything to get closer to Minori, which Taiga exploits, making Ryūji her personal servant, and getting him to do household chores like cooking and cleaning for her. Taiga spends a lot of her time over at his house, so much so that she could almost be considered a member of his family. Since Ryūji spends a lot of time with Taiga, he is opened up to her world and to a side of her that most people do not see. The two also attempt to help each other in order to improve how people view them. Unknown to them, however, people they know from school start to become curious about their strange relationship together and rumors begin to spread about them.
