I know…..i haven watch this show when all others have already watched…..but somehow we alwaes either missed out the show timing or some other reason came up…so when my bro in law and his girlfriend jio movie yesterday….we decided to watch this movie. (bil’s gf also haven watch..hee)

Anyway, we went Yishun 10 for the movie….YES the yishun 10 that we have not been visiting for a long time haha. The cineman really very old and definately need renovations….anyway i digress…

The show was so beautiful…the conversations were all so cleverfully spoken and their love story is just beautiful. I dunno the lead actress is plain silly to have waited so long or she strongly feels that she just cannot find another “blue, blurry man”. Anyway it was a nice story and im thinking to get the novel to read…..

I am a person that do not like changes and im easily contented but today, a decision was made and it was not easy.

Went to Dennis new shop opening today with Jim and Ping-mei. Its a beer place near Clementi. Quite ulu, we initially had some difficulty finding the place but all was well in the end.

The beer selection at JUST BEER was pretty good and at very affordable prices, im sure the expats living around the area would be very happy.

Big disapointment~~

Ok, I wasn’t really expecting MUCH from this movie….really just wanted to watch 甄子丹 but the story really is crap loh. I had difficulty getting past the 1st hour.

陈慧琳’s chinese was like having this realli strange accent and her face realli very comical…there were some scenes whereby the viewers just luffed out becos of her very wierd dialogue with 黎明.

I just find the plot realli not original, you can see different parts in so many other shows, the latest will be 投名状。I think it could be that the show’s 武术指导 is 程晓东 and he has directed so many similar movies that you can really see very similar stunts in practically all of the movies.

Dun wanna be a spoiler but i would only rate the show 2/5 and the 2 totalli credited to 甄子丹. The only highlight of the show is basically the fighting scene. (note：the scenes were somehow very familiar too~). He is like damn MAN can~ Only 1 word to describe him……. SUT~

PPL, please watch only on weekdays, totally not worth the $9.50 (lucky we had vouchers and spent only $7.50 per ticket)

Went dinner with Alf & Jerry (Juuichibantai’s Crew~ haha) at Waraku Pasta @ Central yesterday after my gym session. Alwaes see alot of patrons outside the place and since we have nv tried before, we went ahead.

Big disappointment, for me, that it. I had the squid ink pasta and it was really bland and tasteless. Alf had the same thing too and we were both upset with our food. Lucky for him though, the pizza he shared with Jerry was good. Else im sure the grumpy fellow will b even more grumpy. oops!!

Mummy will always brew the 当归 for us when we “失血过多” monthly. Apparently its tonic for us lah. Some people hates the smell of tonic…. like bestie…i think she doesnt like the smell….but i love it…maybe its because from young mummy will brew for us.

Well yesterday, mummy brew and since i skipped dinner, she said i can eat 1 full egg and another just the egg white…..hee i gulped down half bowl before eating the eggs…..and i cant help but to take this photo….

最近在追《超级星光大道2》，里头有个歌手叫巴冷公主。很好奇为什么她叫巴冷公主所以就googled了一下。原来她是原著民，曾经参加过一个巴冷公主决选。

那什么是巴冷公主呢？所以又googled了一下。原来是个凄美的爱情传说。

巴冷公主打扮得像天仙一樣美麗，他的姊妹和兒時的玩伴，都來為她送嫁。她的親姊姊為她洗足，她的親妹妹為她插上百合花，母親為她掛上家傳的琉璃珠，父親高聲唱頌，叮嚀巴冷公主：「記著，我們全族自古正直、誠懇，你不要辱沒了我們的祖訓」父親將巴冷的手交給蛇郎。黃昏時刻，夜幕逐漸籠罩大地，送嫁的隊伍舉著熊熊的火把，巴冷家族護送巴冷來到深山的鬼湖邊，巴冷公主回頭對著家人說：「親愛的爸爸、媽媽，我會守護這個地方，你們來這兒狩獵，一定會有獵物，但是，如果獵物是冰冷的，請不要帶回去。」說完以後，巴冷隨著蛇郎走入湖中，幾天以後，湖邊的岸上長滿了百合花。一直到今天，魯凱族人，尤其是女人，都喜歡在頭飾上，插上一朵百合花，紀念她們心中永遠難忘的巴冷公主。

Wanted to watch this movie last sat but due to unforeseen circumstances, we did not managed to do so, so today with the ANG, together with Bestie n her hb, we watched this movie.

Well the beginning was REALLY very boring, some scenes were too draggy. Plot was pretty predictable but still entertaining. Bestie was so noisy beside me cos she very kan cheong during the sea scenes….oh well i wasnt too quiet myself -_-

Anyway, during the middle of the show, flashes of another movie came into my mind. “Whale Rider”, the movie i watched in 2003. Its abit similar especially the sea scenes… Well if you ask me i think i prefer “Whale Rider”

Im so so so proud of my little sister….she has gotten 5 As for her A levels.

She has always been the smartest in the family. And as a reward agreed previously, the eldest sis (Lorraine) will give her $150/A and the ANG will give her $50/A. Rich little one.

Me? nahz…..im a poor little girl myself….i go by moral support.

Have been researching for wedding stuff in the almighty forum SG Brides for sometimes and in this particular thread for 2009 brides, the ppl are damn onz. They organized a gathering for the forumers and it’s was a 100% turn up. I have had experience meeting ppl from forums and have made really sincere friends from forums as well so I wasn’t dat worried lah…..

It was so cute loh….can finally associate the nick with a face…..they even have small name tags for all of us….its like attending a mass blind date…..hahah

I had a good time chatting with them and plans for the next outing are already undergoing.

After watching the 1st few episodes on SCV, Ms Ly decided not to wait for it weekly and so she went to the good old trusty Youtube and finished the series in 3 days. The beginning was damn funny but plot sorta is a tad too draggy in the middle 2 episodes or so but the ending is still as nice.

I would say 王子变青蛙 is still much better but well, still good to watch and cry over silly scenes…. time is 5.57am now….got to go catch some wink before my date with The ANG later~
