Just came back from Yinmin’s Wedding. I realli admire her. Her hubby is Malay but they nv go through the customary Malay wedding but went ahead with the traditional Chinese wedding. They must have gone through a lot to get to where they are now. I wish them eternal happiness!!!

Anyway, Ly went to the make up Artist Dana to get her trial make up. Dana approached me when she saw my post on SGBRIDES. Since today got dinner so i went ahead for the trial. If she is good i will just use her for my ROM.

I have to say Dana is realli good. She actually can make my single eyelid to become double eyelid without using any tape or gule. SUT! make up was natural and i was realli happy with my eye make up. Now i know how i look if i realli go for double eyelid operation. (Making me wanna realli go for the op) Dana is very friendly and quite comfy with her…and she like Xiao S as well…Same as me!!!

Anyway, 40 could not join the dinner so left me florence and carman….pictures are a must…but most of the pictures are with carman.

Make Up alright but dun realli like the hair part.

Florence finally gained some weight. She looks so much prettier now..

Went dinner with Caker & my sis yesterdae. Treat Caker to dinner cos today is his 大寿。A pity Jim they all cannot join…..

Anyway, we went Crystal Jade at Taka cos the birthday boy wanted to eat either Jap or Chinese food. Me being typical chinese….natually chose Chinese food. hahah i no eat rice will 浑身不自在. We ordered 4 dishes, Ma Po Tofu, Soft Shell crabs, Roast Chicken and a Vegetable cooked with 3 diff eggs (咸蛋，皮蛋，鸡蛋)

i lazy to type so go to Caker’s site. To see the live soft shell crabs….they REALLI are soft can~ there were some live crabs on a tray at the counter….so being the usual KPO me, i go n poke the shell….NB realli soft loh….looks like normal hard shell but its so soft….真是螃蟹不可貌相。

After a very full dinner, we went kino. got storewide 20%!!!! bought 2 books.

was at Chong Pang to collect my new specs and went over to the famous Handphone Shop to check on the price for Nokia 7373. Selling at $440….almost $60 cheaper than Nokia Shop loh…lucky dat dae i nv impluse buy…ok cut short anywae, Ly is equipped with 2 new items….new Specs and a new Phone!!!

We were realli stucked in front of the tv….ate maggie mee (Bin cooked for me) for lunch…..watch tv….ate pizza for dinner…watch tv…..typical COUCH POTATO. Anywae after 金马奖, we went to Sunplaza to catch a movie…

i like the show…especially the ending…..not the typical happy ending where the leads live happily ever after…..and Andy Lau is realli very very charming…even when he is dirty and covered with mud.

im interested in the role that Andy Lau was. A mohist. Nv heard b4. hmm think need to do some reading up.

I was hopelessly hooked.

“时间不够用”

I seldom say the above sentence until recently….in the past although busy but i alwaes have time for myself….time for a jog in the gym, time to bask myself in the smell of books in Kino, time to nua on the sofa watching SCV/DVD or just time for reading before bed.

But recently, i can fully understand the meaning of the above sentence. Due to a sudden crazy period of projects in work, have practically no time at all. i wake up in the morning bathe go out…..when i reach home in the wee hours, no energy to watch tv or read books….bathe and plonk into bed…..next day wake up the cycle continue…..

come weekend, i will sleep like a pig and when i wake up, family members already went out…..then when i come home they all sleep already….wan to how pathetic???

best part??? Bin need to work on weekend…..so i left sat night a few hours to meet him.

This has got to stop man. i even have to book appointment with bin just to meet him for some quality time alone. Arranged to meet him go town this sat for a good dinner, take xmas deco pictures and a movie. hee hee hee

Target 15th Dec and all the action from work will die down….. i seriously hope that will happen….but each day my confidence is dying off as more n more requests come in.

I think this episode is out of all the most boring cos not alot of action but alot of explaining why this and that. But nevertheless, will still watch it

Started to go to gym again. Managed 30 mins cardio yesterdae and todae….die die must slim down!!!!!

Went Orchard with 40 last Sat for a haircut and some window shopping. Not much diff lah just shorter only..Anyway i got the $30 voucher from Isetan mah so tot of getting a dress to wear for……

Happy for her & JX can~ so damn long together liao….也是時候了啦。 Anyway, i got my dress and she got her shoes! Happy US!! Highlight of the day is we went to look for Joanne at her shop. Chatted and gossip. Felt very happy cos we 3 used to be very very good when we were in sec school. Just like me n 40 now but its the 3 of us.

Anyway, we should catch up more often. Good friends not that easy to have. Those that you tot are your good friends, can acc you, might not be your true friends….i call them only 酒肉朋友. Anyway Ah Ly dun really have alot of friends….i mean those true friends….i dun like to make new driends….call me DAO watever but i feel that ppl at my age now, either have a hidden agenda or u have something good which can benefit them. Anyway, here are some pictures we took on sat.

Ah Ly gotten the voucher from UOB for Passage New York. Entitled to a diamond peel full facial @ $78 plus a complimentary full body massage. Still got free gift of a rose pouch (think is soap) and $30 Isetan voucher. haha so hor the facial & massage onli $48 keke.

Ok anyway, after consultation the person feels that i should not do diamondpeel. cos she say my face concern not acne so do diamondpeel abit 浪费. She suggested me to do something call LUMILIFT. Its actually a machine that emits lights. There are 4 different colors of lights. Red, Green, Yellow & Blue. Think the 4 lights are for 4 different purposes. i onli remember green is for pigmentation and yellow is for detox, blue n red i forget liao.

Apparently per LUMILIFT facial cost about $500 loh!!! Farking expensive. Anyway started my facial with a relax press on my shoulders first then cleanse & scrub. The theraphist was very very gentle with me. Was heavenly. Then started the light thingy for 30mins. i actually fell asleep. After that was applying green tea ampolues and doing Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Damn shiok loh!!! Last steps are masks.

After the almost 2 hours facials, was the body massage. Unlike the facial, i totally hate the massage. The theraphist was like rushing things through and damn painful. Had to ask her to go softer for like 2 times. And the hot blanket was really hot. felt so uncomfortable. My monthly massages at The Ultimate was much much better, beats them anytime.

After everything, there was the dreadful pushing session. The same consultant attended to me and push their packages. Ok lah i have to say the facial was really good and after the facial my little bumps on the forehead really just vanished!!! 真是神奇.

Anyway like i mentioned, per session is $500 but for promo its $350 per session. WAT?! Its totally out of my league can~ so i politely told her its defintely out of my means. She tried to push me a smaller package but still same wat $350 per session. *faints* when she saw me not in the least interested, she tried to push their facial w/o the machines. Its $150 per session. (i can go kelly there wash 5 times…hahaha)

I told her honestly i still have packages elsewhere and i need to do my own budgetting first b4 i wan to commit…anywae to cut it short, she was DAMN pushy lah and finally i couldnt take it. i told her i wish to go back and think about it and if that was not allowed then i would have to reject the offer there and then. She LL loh and the attitude changed 100%. The smilely consultant changed into a blacked-face one.

She bing bing piang piang drawers, wrote the receipt and very unwilling THROW me the rose pouch and Isetan vouchers. During which, she just black face all the way and nv even utter a word. I lagi happy she dun say anything. I just took my voucher n free gift and walked out happily. $48 for a very comfortable facial + not so comfortable massage. Still 赚到 loh!!!

So my advice to all is go and enjoy the promo but beware of the pushy blacked face consultant.

Its been a long long time since i rec hand written card from someone. Its always either SMS or E-card….so Ah Ly is very happy today to receive a hand written card by Osmosis’ intern Kristin.

Today is her last day and she even brought chocolates for us!!! she calls it the De-Stress Chocolates…keke
